Formed by [[Rifkind]] of [[ARR]] and [[Complicated]] of [[Black Death (crew)|Black Death]] toward the end of Azure, precipitating the dissolution of [[Old Spice]] and the formation of [[Midnight Armada (Midnight flag)|Midnight Armada]]. Unofficially dissolved in May 2004 after the defeat at {{blockade|ocean=Midnight|island=Turtle|number=I}}. This resulted in the formation of several flags and crews, including [[Carpe Noctem]], Black Death, [[Widows and Orphans]], and [[The Union]].

At the height of its power, the flag was considered to be part of the beginnings of [[RAWR]] and had allies including [[Silver Dawn]].
