An '''estate agent''' is a building placed on a colonized [[island]].  It is used for [[shoppe]] upgrades and downgrades and is generally owned and managed by the [[flag]] governing the island.  After an island is fully colonized, the estate agent is rarely used. It is unique in that it is the only building that acts as both a shoppe and an [[infrastructure building]].

The building requires 160 units of [[wood]], 7500 units of [[stone]], 60 units of [[iron]], and 60 units of [[Cloth#Tan cloth|tan cloth]] to start construction.  It also requires 600 hours of [[labor|basic labor]], 100 hours of [[labor|skilled labor]], and 100 hours of [[labor|expert labor]] to complete construction.  It cannot be built before two bazaars have been constructed.  It must be built before upgrading the [[fort]] to a [[palace]]. An estate agent takes up a 5x5 space.
