Ranks:
Cabin Person: If you're naughty!.
Pirate: Automatic, Just ask!.
Officer: Have Broad in a few stats and having a ship helps.
Fleet Officer: Social and Fire have to trust you! And a ship is almost needed.
Senior Officer: Closest Friends and most trustest crew mates!. There may be exceptions to the requirements as needed, but most ranks will be decided by these factors.
