William the Concoctioner is an apothecary bazaar on Jubilee Island on the Viridian Ocean. It is named for William the Conqueror, who lead the Norman invaders at the Battle of Hastings in 1066, becoming William I of England. The building was formerly owned by Jimpanzee.
