The Pact is a flag on the Viridian Ocean.
It was founded in the year 2007 on August 1 by Arthurr of the crew Command and Conquer. It was created after Command and Conquer left the flag United We Stand to make its own.
Arthurr was governor of Cochineal Island before he left his old flag and after creating The Pact, but the island remained under United We Stand. On October 8th, the island was bought by and transferred to The Pact using the island transfer method instead of a blockade.
Because of issues involving Cochineal Island, Arthurr ceased all contact with United We Stand.
