new layout proposal

I have a proposal for a new clothing layout using templates. It's similar to the templates I created for the furniture pages. My primary goal is to make it easier to add new clothing items as they are introduced into the game. It also enforces a standardized naming scheme for clothing images, but that's just a side benefit.
