Welcome to The Fleet! How to Join? Just ask.
How to become a Royal? Don't ask. We'll notice you ,if you are a deserving person.
How to get lower Titles? Just ask. We hand them out on request.
Alliances? It's closed ringed. Meaning you must ask the Monarch and then the Monarch must ask all the other Allies Monarch's to decide on ,if you should be allowed in. If you are accepted then you must join all the other Allies. And you may not accept any Allies without them going through the same progress as you did. If you do make an alliance without the Blessings of the other Allies then you run a high risk of being thrown out of the Alliance Ring.
Blockades? Ask. I would like to say we have an open mind. But we like to run everything by our Allies first. So just ask.
Fleet? Yes, we have one. How big is it? You show me yours and I'll show you mines.
Events? Every chance we get. Team effort.
