Scubee

Scubee (pronounced Scooby) is a pirate on the Cobalt Ocean. He washed up on the Cobalt shore under another name in May of 2005 but changed it later that year to be known as Scubee forevermore.

Scubee now spends his days raising two little Scappee Doo's and can be found on various sporting fields around town. He still pops in to Cobalt for the occasional chat.
