Extended Public Statement Please join our great crew. Always respect each other and we love to pilly! RANKINGS: Cabin person.Ye will be one if ye have not even one tiny improvement. Pirate. Ye will be one if ye have all the plain status and have only a few bolds. Officer. Must be experiences in b-nav and 3 solid or 4 broad. Preferbally a sloop. Fleet officer. 3 solid or 4 broad. Also you will be FO if ye have not high status you must and have a cutter, dhow or baghlag. Senior Officer. Ye must be my vey close friend or have a MB, WB, MG,WF or GF or have excellent status. These ships will help a bit in ranking. Captian. NO WAY! You can only run pillys if you are a FO and up or if you are an O and it's your ship. We are gonna get this crew so good. It'll maybe be one of the biggest in the ocean! Thanks Hiilary
Private Statement Officers: Please keep the crew numbers up and always think "quality stats". Only I, the SO and the FO's can promote beyond Officer. I will then decide if it's a good idea. Always tell me if u want to promote someone.

You must treat all three of these people the same way as you would treat the captain. These people are like the 2nd captains Also all of the SO's are like the 3rd captains.
