Moultrie Island is a large island in the Canis Archipelago. There are two known routes from the island: Armstrong Island and an inter-archipelago route to Paollu Island in the Crab Archipelago.

History
A small rock just east of the northern rock formation in the middle of the island reads, "This island were fashioned by Mouflon."
This island is named for William Moultrie, a Revolutionary War general and governor of South Carolina.
