- Officer: All narrow's except rumble, sword and duty navigation and battle navigation and treasure haul. (This is a training status in this crew, officers aren't allowed to run a pillage unless its thier ship or owner or SO present)
- Fleet Officer: You own a ship, its automatic, if not 2 solids, 2 weightys, and 3 grandmasters and at least broad/renowned in battle navigation.
- Senior Officer: Dont ask I will promote you automaticly when you reach this stage I must trust you and you must have stood out among the crew.
- Captain: Don't try.
